Direct Selling Association Honors 2026 DSA Award Winners for Innovation, Leadership, and Community Impact

Seven Companies Recognized Across Six Categories For Achievements that Support Independent Sellers, Improve Business Practices, and Strengthen Communities

(WASHINGTON, D.C. – September 24, 2026) — The U.S. Direct Selling Association (DSA) today announced the winners of the 2026 DSA Awards, recognizing seven companies for achievements in business operations, advocacy, marketing, partnerships, product development, technology, and community service.

This year’s program drew more than 30 entries, with 20 DSA member-company executives and Direct Selling Education Foundation (DSEF) Fellows serving as judges.

“These winners reflect the work it takes to earn the confidence of customers and independent sellers,” said Dave Grimaldi, president and CEO of DSA. “They are investing in better tools, stronger business practices, and the relationships that make direct selling work. We’re proud to recognize their teams and share what they’ve accomplished with the rest of the channel.”

2026 DSA Award winners are:

Excellence in Business: OMNILIFE

OMNILIFE’s OMNIBOT gives Independent Business Owners access to approved product, pricing, and business information through WhatsApp. The conversational assistant delivers answers tailored to a user’s market and language, replacing searches across scattered documents with readily available guidance. OMNILIFE reports more than 70,000 consultations each month across more than 20 countries and markets, helping sellers provide consistent information in everyday customer conversations.

Marketing + Sales Campaigns: Immunotec

Immunotec’s GLOW: The Glutathione Social Club connected wellness education with an immersive brand experience designed for social sharing. The two-day event brought together approximately 500 attendees and 73 creators, combining expert discussions, product discovery, and wellness activities. The campaign generated approximately 800 pieces of organic social content, extending its reach beyond the event and creating material for continued marketing and customer engagement.

Partnership Award: PayQuicker

PayQuicker is recognized for long-term partnerships that improve commission payments and support international expansion. Its work has helped 4Life modernize payouts in Latin America, Immunotec expand its European presence, and Shaklee maintain payment continuity through business transitions and entry into new markets. These partnerships demonstrate how payment services can evolve alongside direct selling companies while improving independent sellers’ access to their earnings.

Product Innovation: Hy Cite

Hy Cite’s Royal Prestige® MultiPan brings 11 cooking functions into one stainless-steel cookware system, combining integrated steaming and straining with stovetop-to-oven versatility. Designed to simplify meal preparation and reduce the need for multiple cookware pieces, the product generated more than $10 million in distributor purchases from January 2025 through April 2026, according to the company.

Technology Innovation: Pampered Chef and Herbalife

Pampered Chef’s Lead Lists uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to help consultants identify and prioritize customers most likely to host a party or become a consultant. By turning customer relationships, purchase history, and engagement data into practical outreach recommendations, the program reduces manual list preparation. Pampered Chef reports approximately 25,000 bookings and estimates more than $13 million in incremental revenue from the program.

Herbalife’s AI-Driven Compliance Work Transformation combines AI-assisted monitoring, case documentation, and staff training across more than 90 markets. The program helps compliance teams identify potential issues and produce more consistent records while retaining human review for enforcement decisions. Herbalife reports that AI-assisted workflows reduced case documentation time from approximately 15 minutes to less than one minute, allowing investigators to devote more attention to matters requiring their judgment.

Vision for Tomorrow: Sunrider

Sunrider International’s partnership with Engage Now Africa supports maternal and child healthcare, nutrition, education, and economic self-reliance in Ethiopia, Ghana, and Sierra Leone. Over five years, the partnership has funded healthcare facilities, childhood malnutrition programs, and literacy and vocational training. A three-acre teaching farm in Sierra Leone extends that work by providing mothers with agricultural and nutrition training to strengthen household food security.

“There is value in seeing how another company approached a challenge,” Grimaldi added. “These awards make that work visible. When members share what they have learned, the benefits reach beyond the winning companies.”
