Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual delegate. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel directly at 1-888-421-1442. Identify yourself as being with DSA for a special rate of $199 per night for single or double occupancy. You may also register online by clicking here.
DSA's block of rooms will be released to the public on Friday, March 22, 2013. Reservations at the group rate cannot be guaranteed after this date. Rooms will be given out on a first come, first served basis. Please make your reservations ASAP.
Cancellation and Other Policies
Cancellation requests must be emailed to Lindsay Marquardt at
lmarquardt@dsa.org. A $50 fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before March 13,2013. A 50% fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received between January March 13 and March 27, 2013. No refunds will be made after March 27, 2013.
Registrations are transferable to another delegate within your company for a $50 fee; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. Substitution requests must be emailed to Lindsay Marquardt at
lmarquardt@dsa.org .
To be included in the Attendee List, registration and substitutions must be made prior to March 13. Changes and cancellations made after March 13 will not be reflected in the pre-meeting Attendee List.
