(WASHINGTON D.C.) – The Direct Selling Association celebrates women in leadership roles throughout its membership by convening the Women’s Industry Leadership Retreat each year, where company founders and top female industry execs meet to discuss best practices and growth strategies. This year, the retreat was held in early November and hosted by SeneGence International founder & CEO, Joni Rogers-Kante in Sapulpa, OK.

Founders and executives from a dozen companies were presented with programming including updates on industry performance, case studies detailing programs working well with the field, and regulatory and litigation updates. In addition, media specialist and keynote speaker, Erin King, joined the group to discuss AI and social media trends.

“I came away from the retreat energized and full of ideas for the next year,” shared Nancy Bogart, founder and CEO of Jordan Essentials. “It’s refreshing to join fellow women founders and executives from our industry to share their success stories and growth strategies in a setting away from our typical day-to-day.”
