Cancellation and Other Policies
Cancellation requests must be emailed to Indira Fuller-Bey at ifuller@dsa.org. A $50 fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before February 3, 2014. A 50% fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received between February 4 and Febrary 24, 2014. No refunds will be made after February 24, 2014.Registrations are transferable to another delegate within your company for a $50 fee; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. Substitution requests must be emailed to Indira Fuller-Bey at ifuller@dsa.org .
To be included in the Attendee List, registration and substitutions must be made prior to February 4. Changes and cancellations made after February 4 will not be reflected in the pre-meeting Attendee List.
Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual delegate. Reservations can be made by contacting the Little America Hotel at 1-800-437-5288. Identify yourself as being with DSA for a special rate of $149.00. DSA's block of rooms will be released to the public on February 3, 2014. Reservations cannot be guaranteed after this date. Rooms will be given out on a first come basis. Please reserve your room ASAP.
