Cancellation and Other Policies
Cancellation requests must be emailed to Lindsay Marquardt at lmarquardt@dsa.org. A $50 fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before September 4,2013. A 50% fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received between September 5 and September 18, 2013. No refunds will be made after September 18, 2013.Registrations are transferable to another delegate within your company for a $50 fee; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. Substitution requests must be emailed to Lindsay Marquardt at lmarquardt@dsa.org . To be included in the Attendee List, registration and substitutions must be made prior to September 4. Changes and cancellations made after September 4 will not be reflected in the pre-meeting Attendee List.
By registering for this or any other DSA seminar, meeting or event where a photographer is present, you, the attendee, give DSA permission to use your picture in future promotional materials or other printed pieces.
Hotel Details
Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual delegate. Reservations can be made by contacting the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel at 1-800-HOTELS-1 or by visiting this website. Identify yourself as being with the DSA Summit for a special rate of $239. DSA's block of rooms will be released to the public on September 11, 2013. Reservations cannot be guaranteed after this date. Rooms will be given out on a first come basis. Please reserve your room ASAP.
