Cancellation and Other Policies

Cancellation requests must be emailed to Lindsay Marquardt at lmarquardt@dsa.org. A $50 fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received on or before November 7,2012. A 50% fee will be deducted for all registration cancellations received between November 7 and November 21, 2012. No refunds will be made after November 21, 2012.

Registrations are transferable to another delegate within your company for a $50 fee; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. Substitution requests must be emailed to Lindsay Marquardt at lmarquardt@dsa.org .

To be included in the Attendee List, registration and substitutions must be made prior to November 7,2012. Changes and cancellations made after November 7 will not be reflected in the pre-meeting Attendee List.

Hotel Information

The Communications & Marketing Conference is being held at Terranea, LA's oceanfront resort. Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual delegate. Reservations can be made by contacting the Terranea Resort at 866-802-8000. Identify yourself as being with DSA for a special rate of $199 per night. DSA's block of rooms will be released to the public on Tuesday, November 13, 2012. Reservations cannot be guaranteed thru this date. Rooms will be given out on a first come basis. Please reserve your room ASAP.
