Cancellation and Other Policies
A $50 charge will be deducted for all registration cancellations. To receive a refund, cancellations must be in writing and received by October 19, 2010. NO refunds will be made after that date. Registration fees are transferable to another delegate within your company; there is no carryover to any subsequent DSA Conference. If a substitution takes place, please contact Trish Smith at
tsmith@dsa.org.
By registering for this or any other DSA seminar, meeting or event where a photographer is present, you, the attendee, give DSA permission to use your picture in future promotional materials or other printed pieces.
