Excellence in Business

OMNIBOT: Multi-Country Conversational Commercial Enablement Platform

OMNIBOT is OMNILIFE’s multi-country conversational commercial enablement platform, designed to give Independent Business Owners and internal teams fast access to official, market-specific information through WhatsApp. In a direct selling environment spanning multiple countries, languages, product lines and commercial programs, critical knowledge was previously dispersed across PDFs, images, spreadsheets, websites and internal documents. This made everyday answers slower, harder to standardize and more dependent on manual support.

In 2025, OMNILIFE transformed OMNIBOT from a document repository into a structured knowledge assistant. Its library organizes official Nutrition and SEYTU Beauty catalogs, product flyers, price lists, incentives, events, CEDIS information, shipping support and business guidance by country, language, category and file type. Users can ask questions naturally and receive concise, relevant answers grounded in approved sources.

The initiative has delivered measurable business impact: 847,946 interactions served, support for 20+ countries or markets, and more than 70,000 average monthly consultations. More importantly, OMNIBOT strengthens salesforce confidence, improves message consistency and creates a data-driven feedback loop to identify knowledge gaps, frequent questions and market-specific needs at scale.

Marketing and Sales Campaigns

GLOW by Immunotec

Immunotec’s GLOW: The Glutathione Social Club reimagined how a science-driven wellness brand could engage consumers, influencers, and entrepreneurs. Rather than relying on traditional product marketing, Immunotec transformed a two-day event into an immersive wellness experience that translated complex glutathione science into a shareable, culturally relevant brand world.

Hosted in The Woodlands, Texas, GLOW brought together more than 450 attendees, 73 wellness influencers, and 10+ expert-led educational sessions, alongside wellness experiences including yoga, Pilates, sound baths, and interactive brand activations. The program was designed to educate, inspire, and generate authentic social storytelling at scale.

The results exceeded expectations: 15 million impressions, 5 million social reach, more than 800 pieces of creator-generated content, 10,100 new social followers, and $1M+ in earned advertising value. Beyond awareness, the event drove measurable business outcomes, including increased web traffic, search demand, customer acquisition, and consultant enrollments.

By combining experiential marketing, influencer advocacy, scientific credibility, and community building, GLOW established a scalable model for wellness marketing that continues to generate brand equity and business impact long after the event concluded.

Partnership Award

PayQuicker

Direct selling is expanding globally, and companies are increasingly investing in better ways to support their distributors with fast, flexible access to earnings across markets. Leading organizations like PM International, 4Life, Immunotec, and Shaklee have partnered with PayQuicker to modernize their payment infrastructure and accelerate global growth.

Distributors today expect more than traditional payout methods such as prepaid cards, bank transfers, or checks — they expect immediate access to earnings and the flexibility to use funds in ways that reflect local market needs. At the same time, expanding into new markets can require companies to build new banking connections and operational processes to support their global workforce.

PayQuicker was built to enable this next phase of growth. Since 2008, PayQuicker has pioneered global payouts orchestration for 300+ clients — including some of the direct selling industry’s most recognized brands, such as Monat, Curated, and Immunotec. Today, PayQuicker enables real-time commission payments in 210+ countries and territories across 80+ currencies through a single API integration. Distributors can choose how they get paid, including branded Visa debit cards, mobile wallets, virtual cards, ATM cash, or bank transfer, with 10+ spend options and immediate access to funds at payout.

The impact is measurable. PayQuicker clients have reported cutting payout costs and reducing manual processing times by more than half. With 18+ languages supported in-platform, automated KYC compliance, and in-house multilingual customer support, PayQuicker removes barriers between distributors and their earnings — helping direct selling companies scale globally with confidence and deliver a modern, competitive distributor experience.

Technology Innovation

Lead List

The Lead List program is a Pampered Chef–developed AI/ML innovation that transforms how our consultants identify and prioritize recruiting and hosting opportunities. Built to address reliance on intuition and fragmented data, the program unifies customer, consultant, party and engagement data into a Customer 360 foundation and generates ranked “next-best” leads delivered directly within consultant workflows.

This innovation is unique in its application of AI to the relationship-driven direct selling model, incorporating signals such as relationship strength, party behavior and engagement patterns. By operationalizing predictive insights into simple, actionable lists, Lead Lists shifts consultant decision-making from retrospective reporting to forward-looking opportunity identification.

Designed for scalability and usability, the framework integrates seamlessly into daily consultant activities, with governed, explainable models and repeatable refresh processes that support strong adoption across the field.

Lead Lists has delivered measurable impact aligned to business objectives, including more than 2,400 new recruits, over 20,000 hosts, approximately 25,000 bookings and $13M+ in revenue. Beyond results, it enhances consultant productivity, strengthens field leadership and positions Pampered Chef as a leader in AI-driven direct selling innovation.

Technology Innovation

Herbalife

AI-Driven Compliance Work Transformation

What if compliance could protect the people doing the right thing, not slow them down?

At Herbalife, we saw the human impact behind compliance at scale. In a global network, when bad behavior goes undetected, it is not just a policy failure. It hurts the 99 percent of distributors who follow the rules, eroding trust, confidence, and opportunity.

We chose to change that.

We transformed compliance from a manual, reactive process into a technology powered system designed to protect distributors and strengthen the business. By combining AI driven monitoring with Copilot enabled workflows, we built a new model where technology works alongside people, not in place of them. Investigators are no longer buried in documentation. They are empowered to make better, faster decisions that matter.

The result is real impact. What once took fifteen minutes now takes under one minute. Risk is identified in real time. Decisions are consistent, fair, and audit ready across more than 90 markets.

But the biggest transformation is not speed. It is trust.

Compliance is no longer a barrier. It is how we protect our distributors, uphold fairness, and enable responsible growth.

Herbalife did not just modernize compliance. We made it human again.

Vision for Tomorrow

Engage Now Africa

Since 2021, Sunrider International has partnered with Engage Now Africa (ENA), a humanitarian organization dedicated to breaking cycles of poverty through sustainable programs in healthcare, education, and economic empowerment across underserved communities in Africa. ENA focuses on long-term solutions that help families become self-reliant through access to medical care, nutrition support, and skills-based training.

Together, Sunrider and ENA have built a five-year initiative spanning Ethiopia, Ghana, and Sierra Leone, reaching thousands of women, children, and families through integrated health and development programs.

In 2025, Sunrider’s support helped fund ENA’s integrated malnutrition program in Sierra Leone, based at the Kindia Town Maternal and Child Health Center, which provides maternal care, pediatric services, and nutrition education to vulnerable populations. The initiative also includes a three-acre teaching farm that equips mothers transitioning from treatment with agricultural training, nutrition education, and income-generating skills.

This partnership reflects Sunrider’s commitment to impact beyond business outcomes. Through both financial investment and active employee and leadership engagement, Sunrider helps expand ENA’s ability to deliver life-saving care while building long-term self-reliance.

Together, Sunrider and ENA are creating sustainable systems that strengthen communities and improve generational health outcomes.
