Mindy Lin is the Founder and CEO of Damsel in Defense, a company that equips, empowers, and educates women on how to protect themselves while funding the rescue of sex trafficking victims. Mindy has spent the last 10 years overseeing various areas of the company including Field Development, Marketing, Creative, Product Development and Philanthropy. In 2015, Mindy founded the Damsel House project, which currently has homes in Cambodia and India that are rescuing girls out of sex trafficking and giving them a hope and a future. Mindy has spent the last 10 years inspiring others down a path of protecting others through her various roles of leadership both in and outside of Damsel. She is honored to have served terms on several boards that are forces for good in aiding the marginalized, and additionally the DSA. Mindy's favorite role always remains being a wife and mother to her husband Jimmy and their two teenage kids.
