As USANA Executive Vice President of Communications, Amy Haran has worked to improve communication and reduce information silos across many disciplines, with the ultimate goal of improving customer experience and understanding. She currently oversees USANA customer and employee communications, global customer service, public relations, and distributor learning and development. Amy joined USANA in 2003 as part of the creative services team. In her 19 years with the company, she has launched the USANA internal communications department, overseen executive communications and publications, and worked to implement and improve voice of customer programs. When she’s not at work, Amy enjoys traveling, birdwatching and wildlife photography, and serving on the board of Camp Hobé, a regional summer camp for families affected by childhood cancer.
