Deborah Costa, Senior Vice President of Marketing Communications is responsible for corporate and field communications, strategic planning, and execution of marketing communications plans. During her 4Life career, Deborah has excelled in communication, troubleshooting, coordination, and the resolution of operational issues with top field leaders in the Caribbean, Europe, South and Central America, and the U.S. After holding a management position with the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the 2002 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City, Utah, Deborah joined 4Life as a project manager. Over the past two decades, she has served the company in numerous capacities: Vice President of International Product Registration (2003−2008); Vice President of Mexico, Colombia, and Spain (2008−2009); Director of Regulatory Affairs (2009−2013); and Vice President of Field Development (2009−2019). Deborah holds two Associate Degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Champlain College (1991) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Westminster College. She is tri-lingual, with fluency in English, Spanish, and French.
