As part of DSA’s aggressive 2011 legislative campaign, the association is sponsoring a Direct Selling Day on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday, March 16, in conjunction with the March 2011 DSA/DSEF Board Meeting.
Participants will kick off the event on Tuesday evening, March 15, with a fundraising reception at the Capitol Hill Club; Direct Selling Day will officially start the following morning with a breakfast meeting at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, followed by meetings with legislators on Capitol Hill. The Day will be capped off with an ice cream social reception that afternoon, highlighting how direct selling empowers people and why it is critical in today’s economy.
