Please note that dinner cancellations must be received in writing via email or cancelled online no later than seven (7) business days in advance of the dinner.

Is Media Allowed?

General Hotel Information:

Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual attendee. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel in-house room reservations at 702-590-8881. Reservation staff are available Monday through Friday from 8 am–7 pm (PST) and Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9 am–5 pm (PST). Identify yourself as being with DSA to receive a number of special rates. The regular room rate is $189.00 per night with upgrade to Cityscape King $209.00, Strip view King $259.00, or Premier King $319.00. There is also a $32.00 Mandatory Resort Fee for each room.

Please note that if you call outside of the listed hours of operation or if agents are busy, you will be directed to central reservations. Central reservations DOES NOT have access to the group rates being offered by the hotel so please be sure to secure your room with the in-house reservation staff.

DSA's block of rooms will be released to the public at 5 pm EST on Sunday, October 30, 2016. Reservations cannot be guaranteed after this date. After the room block cutoff, reservations at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel will be given at the current room rate on a space-available basis. Please make your reservations ASAP.
